Brian and I have been dreaming about getting a dog for a long time, maybe even since the beginning of our marriage, but up until now we hadn't thought it would happen so soon. Well, the Saturday before Thanksgiving we took the kids to the Shelter like we often do to look at the puppies. It's always just been a "for fun" thing for us to do as a family. While looking at the puppies, I fell in love with the cutest little black puppy and somehow convinced Brian that we needed to take him home. It was actually cheaper to take him home than we had thought, so it didn't take much persuading to get Brian to agree (he wanted the puppy just as much as me). So here is our little puppy, Comet. He has made a great addition to our little family!
